The eighth edition is about the redevelopment of a military complex in Marseilles, France. This includes the Busserade barracks, a part of the rue Masséna and the northwest basement of the Caserne du Muy. The goals of the project are divided into two categories: the functional recovery of the building and the urban upgrade of the area, also through the connection of the barracks with the rest of the city.
